At Monarch SLP we provide in-home assessments and individualized in-home therapy for a variety of communication needs.

Late Talkers
We help children who are late to talk or use a limited number of words to communicate. We work closely with parents and caregivers to teach strategies to facilitate language development.
Receptive Language Delays or Disorders
We help children who may have difficulties understanding oral language. This may include difficulty understanding questions and following directions.
Expressive Language Delays or Disorders
We help children who may have difficulties using language. This may include using vocabulary, using age appropriate grammar and sentence structure, or organization of language? Language!
Play and Social Communication Delays
We help children who may have difficulties turn taking in play, engaging with others in play, taking turns in conversation, initiating and maintaining conversations.
Articulation/Phonological/Motor Speech Delays
We help children who have difficulties pronouncing sounds, coordinating motor movements to produce sounds. We help with overall clarity.
Fluency (Stuttering)
We help children who stutter. This may include repetition of words, parts of words, prolongations of sounds, blocking and inerjections.
Rates
Assessment
$170 per hour
Treatment
1 hour ~ $160
45 min ~ $130
30 min ~ $110
Reports
Formal assessment and progress reports are available upon request. These are completed at a rate of $170/hour (maximum 2 hours)
Rates are based on fees recommended by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC)-Ontario OSLA. Fees for S-LP services are covered by most benefit plans. Receipts are provided after each session which can be submitted to your insurance provider. Payment is due after each session and is accepted by E-transfer, cheque or cash.
